Four Suspected Maoists Held in MP

Bhopal  —  The Madhya Pradesh police on Sunday confirmed that it had detained four suspected Maoists after they alighted from a train in the Shahdol district of the state.

The suspected rebels were held on the basis of information provided by the Chhattisgarh police, which has dispatched a team to interrogate the suspects that were apparently attempting to escape the anti-rebel operation ‘Red Hunt’ launched in that state.
