Annapurna Yojana helped in improving living standard of poor : Bisen
Bhopal: Cooperatives Minister Shri Gaurishankar Bisen has said that Mukhyamantri Annapurna Yojana has helped in improving living standard of the poor. Under the scheme, wheat and iodised salt at Re. 1 per kg and rice at Rs. 2 per kg are being provided. Shri Bisen was launching the scheme at villages Hatta and Bhatera in Balaghat district on Thursday. Shri Bisen also inaugurated Rs. 10 lakh warehouse constructed under Rs. BRGF and veterinary dispensary costing Rs. 5 lakh. MLA Shri Ramkishore Kanwre was also present on the occasion.
The Cooperatives Minister said that 24X7 power supply is being ensured in the state from this month. Now, farmers will get adequate power for irrigation, he added.
