Rs. 64.50 lakh for new colleges and faculties

Bhopal: The Higher Education Department has allocated Rs. 28 lakh for running 14 new colleges. Similarly, Rs. 38 lakh 50 thousand has been released for conducting new faculties in 15 colleges.
Rs. 2 lakh each has been sanctioned to new government colleges at Shahganj in Sagar, Tendukhera in Narsinghpur, Satwas in Dewas, Semariya and Manwagan in Rewa, Batiyagarh in Damoh, Kusumi in Sidhi, Akoda in Bhind, Chandla in Chhatarpur, Majhgawan in Satna, Gunnaur in Panna, Ladkui in Sehore, Barela in Jabalpur and Government College Uchehera in Satna district.
Similarly, Rs. 3 lakh each has been sanctioned for running new faculties to government colleges at Banda, Panagar, Patan, Majhauli, Devsar, Pathariya, Bhabra, Sanver, Rau, Susner and Lahar, Rs. 50 thousand each to government colleges at Alirajpur and Nalkhera, Rs. 1.50 lakh to Sironj and Rs. one lakh has been allocated to Government College Singauli.
