Newly Elected Nagar Panchayat, Janpad Panchayat Chiefs Call on CM
Bhopal — Newly elected office-bearers of Rajgarh district Nagar Panchayats and Janpad Panchayat called on Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan at his residence in the state capital on Wednesday.
Led by former MLA Hajarilal Dangi, the delegation comprised of Anita Pradeep Gupta – President, Khilchipur Nagar Panchayat, Santosh Maroo – President, Machalpur Nagar Panchayat, Dinesh Purohit – President, Jeerapur Nagar Panchayat, Sumitra Dangi – President, Khilchipur Janpad Panchayat and Bhawani Singh – President, Jeerapur Janpad Panchayat.
Chouhan exhorted the public representatives to carve out an honourable position for themselves by serving people with dedication.
Congratulating the Panchayat presidents, on their recent electoral success, Chouhan informed them about allocation of Rs 25 lakh for each of the civic bodies for undertaking development work.
