Nath, Bhuria, Scindia, Pachouri Cong Candidates from MP: Reports
Bhopal: The Congress high command is reported to have cleared names of four party candidates to contest the forthcoming Lok Sabha elections from Madhya Pradesh, say media reports attributing the information to ‘sources’ in the Congress party.
The list consisting of old party war-horses came as no surprise a it included central ministers – Kamal Nath, Jyotiaditya Scindia, Kantilal Bhuria and State party unit chief, Suresh Pachouri.
While Pachouri, a four time Rajya Sabha member will seek his first eve electoral win from Hoshangabad while the other three wikll stick to constituencies they currently represented in the 14th Lok Sabha.
Kamalnath will contest from Chhindwara, Scindia and Bhuria will fray in the polls from Guna and Ratlam respectively.
No official announcement had been issued till the filing of this report.
