MP Housing Board Constructing 2010 Houses for Various Income Groups

The Madhya Pradesh Housing Board is constructing as many as 2010 houses for various income groups at many places in the state, with 1595 persons having already registered themselves with the board for getting houses.

The board is constructing 640 houses in Bhopal under various schemes and the process for registration of 1500 houses is underway.

Major housing schemes in Bhopal include Housing Park Green Meadows and Emerald at Ayodhya Nagar, Vishwakarma Nagar and Nishatpura-Berasia Road.

Besides, the board will construct multi-storeyed flats in Tulsi Nagar and a 10-storey apartment is proposed to be built in place of Mahadev Apartment in front of Board Office.

A total of 200 well furnished and modern houses will be constructed on Rau-Indore Bypass Road, 162 in Ratlam, 70 in Ashok Nagar, 143 in Satna, 45 in Parasia in Chhindwara, and 174 at Maharajpur in Jabalpur.

Registration for 86 MIG houses , 140 MIG houses and 140 LIG houses in Khandwa has begun.

In Sagar, 20 junior MIG houses in Deendayal Nagar, 7 HIG houses, 25 super deluxe HIG houses, 23 HIG Senior houses, 10 Junior HIG houses and 50 LIG houses are proposed to be constructed in Hari Singh Gour Nagar. Registration process is on.

Registration of 92 EWS houses has also been completed in Datia’s Karnkunj Colony. Construction of houses is on in Gwalior’s Deendayal Nagar Darpan Colony.

Twenty HIG and 108 LIG houses are proposed to be constructed at Mayur Van in Morena. Guna will have 69 HIG and LIG houses.

In Jabalpur area, 800 houses are being constructed while construction work of 650 houses has been taken up in Rewa. These houses have already been registered.
