Immense potential for industrial investment in Madhya Pradesh

Bhopal: Energy and Mineral Resources Minister Shri Rajendra Shukla has said that investors’ meet being held in Madhya Pradesh have made domestic as well as foreign investors feel that there is immense potential of industrial investment in the state. He informed that 7,500 linemen are being recruited in the state in view of requirements of feeder separation and smooth maintenance of transformers. Shri Shukla was inaugurating Maa Sharda ITI at Maihar in Satna district today. The function was presided over by MLA Shri Motilal Tiwari.
Shri Shukla said that there are immense possibilities of investment in Satna and Maihar as well as the state. He said that establishment of ITI is an important step like setting up of industries. The Energy Minister said that the State Government is making condition of providing over 50 percent jobs to local youths in the industries being set up in the state. He said that ITIs and other technical institutions will be able to make available better job opportunities by imparting quality technical training to youths. At the outset, Shri Shukla also inspected various activities at the ITI.
