Everyone’s cooperation must for educated and developed state

Bhopal: Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that everyone’s active cooperation is necessary for developing Madhya Pradesh as educated and developed state. The state government is working with full capacity to state’s all-round development and brighten future of every child by sending him to school. Shri Chouhan was addressing a function under “Aao Banayen Apna Madhya Pradesh” and “School Chalen Ham Abhiyan” at Jabalpur today. At the function, Rs. 25 thousand each was provided to students having obtained over 85 percent marks in class XII exam for laptop. The Chief Minister said that cooperation of public representatives and voluntary organisation is necessary for success of this campaign.
On the occasion, the Chief Minister inaugurated and laid foundation stones of Rs. 181 crore’s 480 construction and development works. He distributed Rs. 2 crore to 1987 beneficiaries of various schemes.
Krishi Mahotsav in September-October: The Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that the state government is committed to all-round development of Jabalpur. He said that there will be no lack of funds for development works. Shri Chouhan said that efforts will be made to bring metro rail to Jabalpur. The Chief Minister said that efforts will be made to export peas of Jabalpur to all over the world. Shri Chouhan said that Krishi Mahotsav will be held in the state in September-October. During it, he will accompany agriculture experts to villages and hold discussions with farmers.
Jabalpur to have hi-tech Krishi Upaj Mandi: The Chief Minister said that hi-tech Krishi Upaj Mandi will be established in Jabalpur. At the Mandi, farmers of organic crops will be provided product certification facility.
The Chief Minister said that power is being generated in the state more than demand. Now, Madhya Pradesh is supplying power to Delhi and Bihar. The Chief Minister said that social evils will be removed with development of moral values. Farmers Welfare and Agriculture Development Minister Shri Gaurishankar Bisen also spoke on the occasion.
Hears common people’s problems: The Chief Minister reached among common people, accepted their applications and gave necessary directives regarding them to officers.
Minister of State for Health Shri Sharad Jain, MP Shri Rakesh Singh, MLAs Smt. Pratibha Singh, Smt. Nandini Marawi, Shri Tarun Bhanot, Shri Ashok Rohani, Shri Sushil Tiwari, Mayor Shri Prabhat Sahu and Zila Panchayat President Shri Bharat Singh Yadav were also present on the occasion.
