CM Shri Chouhan talks to callers of CM Helpline

Bhopal: Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan talked over telephone to applicants of CM Helpline-181 and enquired about status of their problems’ redressal. Three applicants expressed satisfaction vis-à-vis redressal of complaints. The fourth complainant said that process for redressal has been started but the work has not been completed fully.
From Mantralaya here today, Chief Minister Shri Chouhan first talked to Shri Ravi Rajput of Gwalior, who had complained about insanitation. He informed that complaint has been redressed. Shri Anshul Joshi of village Athner of Betul district had complained about delay in investigation. FIR was registered, but investigation not started. He urged the Chief Minister for early investigation. The Chief Minister directed that efforts for applicant’s full satisfaction should be made by seeking information again from him. Shri Maniram Shukla of Bada Malehra in Chhatarpur district informed that after orders of division of property, he has received copy of mutation. Similarly, Shri Harivansh Ram Dube of village Bandhaura of Singrauli district had complained about disorder in power voltage. He informed the Chief Minister that the complaint has been redressed.
