Bizarre Accident Injures 24 in Bhopal

Bhopal: At least 24 people sustained injuries when a private bus rammed into the Adarsh Hospital in the Shajahanabad area of the state capital on Saturday, local residents incensed by the accident attacked the driver of the bus.

The driver was later taken into custody by the Shahjahanabad police and was charged with rash and negligent driving.

The injured are undergoing treatment at the Hamidia Hospital, the ill-fated bus was reported to be plying between Indore and Allahabad.
