Only for hanging people with dignity of daughters: CM Shivraj

Bhopal: Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan said that justice has been done on the death sentence given to two convicts for hanging from a girl in Mandsaur. For those who have played the dignity of daughters, there is only punishment for hanging. On Tuesday night, he said that the victim’s daughter is the daughter of the state. He will take full care in every way. Chauhan said, “In the investigation of the incident, the research team of the Mandsaur District Police worked with promptness and mobilized all the evidence to execute the culprits and the action of the prosecution was completed in just eight days. On the basis of which criminals were found guilty and sentenced to death. ”

Execution of both convicts
Chauhan said that with the duty and fidelity and efficiency of the matter, the police and prosecution officers have executed the convicts for the execution of the case, it is commendable. He further said that the state government is sensitive to such heinous incidents. The dreary will not be left at any cost. Madhya Pradesh has done an urgent action in such sensitive cases and has executed the culprits.

Hanging on Tuesday
It is noteworthy that two accused, Asif and Irfan, were sentenced to seven years imprisonment in different cases and fined with hanging on Tuesday by Special Judge Nisha Gupta on Tuesday for misbehaving with eight-year-old innocent in Mandsaur. The two accused had filed charge sheet on July 10 under section 376-D (gangrape), 376 (2 n), 366 (kidnapping), 363 (punishment for kidnapping) and sections related to Poxo Act. The charge sheet, filed on just 15 days of the incident, had about 100 documents for more than 350 pages and evidence.

Event of june 26
Actually, the incident is on June 26. When a 7-year-old girl was kidnapped from school. When the child was going home on foot after school leave. After which both the accused had attacked the girl with a knife with the intention of hitting the student of class three after mass rape. It was found in a shady condition in the bushes near the city bus stand on June 27 morning. In this case, the police arrested Irfan and Asif.
