CM to hold direct dialogue with youths
Bhopal. Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan will hold direct dialogue with youths. Through this programme in all divisions and district in July youths will be apprised about state government’s schemes. Participation of youths will also be ensured in policy formation. Specialists will be invited for personality development and career guidance at Dialogue Programme.
A mobile app is also being developed for CM’s direct dialogue with youths. In the first phase, direct dialogue will be held with youths at all divisional and district headquarters.
The departments that will participate in direct dialogue by the Chief Minister include Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, Technical Education and Skills Development, Higher Education, Women and Child Development, Sports and Youth Welfare, Scheduled Caste Welfare, Tribal Welfare, Public Health and Family Welfare, Rural Development and Urban Development & Environment departments.
Micro, Small And Medium Enterprises Department has been made nodal department for the programme at the state level. Commissioners and Collectors will be the nodal officer in divisions and districts. This programme will be of one day. The programme will be participated by youths in the age group 18 to 35 years. Percentage of girls and boys in the programme will be 50 percent each. About one thousand youths of every district of a division will participate in it. Representation of youths of all sections and development blocks will be ensured. Programme will be held from 11 am to 2 pm. It will have 2 sessions of one and half hour each. At the programme, local success stories will be shared, films will be screened and activities to motivate youths will be held. In the second session, the Chief Minister will address and youths have direct dialogue with him.
From booklet ‘Aage Ayen Labh Uthayen’ containing information about schemes for youths will be published separately and distributed to youths.
At programme venue, stalls and exhibitions will be put up by various departments. Specialists will be invited for personality development and career guidance. Successful young entrepreneurs of concerning district, merit holders of various competitions and college exams, achiever youths of district, state and country will be invited. Live Screening of the programme will also be held. It will screened at all divisional, district and block headquarters as well as colleges. Along with departments, banks and other institutions will also participate in the Direct Dialogue Programme.
