Non-disposal of complaints received at CM Helpline is crime against people

Bhopal. In the criminal cases of usurping lands by making fake death certificates of living persons by Patwaris, in-charge Secretaries, Kotwars and Sarpanchs, Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan has directed to file FIRs and remove the guilty from posts. During Samadhan Online at Mantralaya today, Smt. Revani Bai of village Jammutola in Barghat tahasil of Seoni district had complained to the Chief Minister that her land is being usurped by declaring her dead.

Hoshangabad’s Shri Jitendra Patel informed the Chief Minister in spite of registering complaint with CM Helpline, piped water scheme was not re-started. Taking its serious note, the Chief Minister directed to ensure immediate action against PHE’s sub-engineer and assistant engineer saying that non-disposal of complaints received at CM Helpline is a serious crime against people. In such cases, strict action will be taken against concerning officers.

On the complaint of Betul district’s Shri Ramesh Pawar regarding non-payment of compensation against acquisition of his land for Badaldo reservoir, the Chief Minister directed for immediate action against concerning officers of Water Resources Department. He said that land acquisition cases of any project must be disposed with total sensitivity and compensation should be paid in time. He said that delay in disposal is like throwing dust in the eyes of people and administration.

The Chief Minister took a serious note of delay in payment of subsidy to a beneficiary of Sagar district under Mukhyamantri Swarozgar Yojana saying that delay in payment of subsidy will not be tolerated. On the complaint by Ashok Nagar’s youths about hurdles in setting up of bio-medical waste treatment plant under Mukhyamantri Yuva Udyami Yojana, the Chief Minister assured maximum assistance to them saying that youths must be promoted for entrepreneurship.

Directives to collectors regarding onion procurement

Referring to ongoing onion procurement at 71 centres in the state, the Chief Minister said that the decision has been taken to respect farmers’ hard work. The state government is a welfare government and not a businessman. He directed to extend maximum cooperation to farmers in view of government’s instance towards them so that they get honourable price for their produce. He said that weighing process at procurement centres is taking much time and farmers are made to wait. After government’s intervention, onion prices in the market are also getting static.

Yoga Day’s preparations

Directing for preparations regarding Yoga Day on June 21, the Chief Minister said that preparations should be made upto village and development block level. Maximum number of youths should be associated with it. He directed to organize seminars, workshops and symposiums on Yoga’s importance at local level. He asked collectors to promote production of Yoga mats and dress if they are being produced at local level.

The Chief Minister also directed wherever construction or cleaning of water structures is going on, the work should be completed before arrival of monsoon.

The Chief Minister directed to disposed of applications received during ‘Gramoday Se Bharat Uday Abhiyan’. Shri Chouhan said that Panchayat level reports should be sent to the state level.

Regarding reports about negligence in hospitals, the Chief Minister directed for strict monitoring and ensure quick action in cases of negligence. In view of forecast of good monsoon this year, Shri Chouhan directed all districts to make necessary arrangements. He said that advance arrangements should be made for flushing out of rain water, flood control and disaster management.

Chief Secretary Shri Anthony de SA and other senior officers were also present during Samadhan Online.
