Bhopal: It is said that a daughter supports parents till their last breath. It has been proved true with Shri Sudama Thakur, a resident of village Patanyau in Tendukhera Janpad of Damoh district. His daughter, who was committed to support the father throughout his life, brought Shri Sudama Thakur from the jaws of death.

Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan was scheduled to participate in a programme at village Mudari in Jabera Janpad. Information about it was given by an officer of the district administration to Laxmi, who was pursuing education of B Ed. She lived in a rented home and worked at computer operator with an institution to meet her expenses. Laxmi asked the officer as to how will it be possible for an ordinary person like her to meet the Chief Minister. The officer informed here that the Chief Minister always meets local people after programme. During the interaction, he hears their problems and difficulties, receives related documents and redress the problems.
Laxmi prepared an application regarding treatment of his father and reached Mudari. She succeeded in meeting the Chief Minister, who gave directives regarding her father’s treatment.
