CM Kamal Nath to make MP a developed state by bringing prosperity in agriculture sector

The Chief Minister Kamal Nath has said that we will make Madhya Pradesh a developed state by bringing prosperity in the agriculture sector. The Chief Minister said that he does not make announcements instead make promises and fulfill it. After the inaugurating the 2nd Moniya Mahotsav in Bijawar Tehsil of Chhatarpur district today, CM Kamal Nath was addressing the huge public gathering on the occasion.
The Chief Minister Kamal Nath said that 70 percent of the population of our State is dependent on the agriculture sector. The overall development of the country cannot take place, unless we provide the farmers, a fair price for their produces and double their income. He said that we will develop the agriculture sector by increasing irrigation resources and start a new revolution.
The Chief Minister said that in just 10 months, our government has taken important decisions pertaining to agriculture, employment and investment along with the welfare and progress of various sections of the society. We have decided that it will be mandatory to provide 70 percent employment to the local youth in the industries to be set up in the State.
The Chief Minister Kamal Nath said ‘I have come today to Bijawar area where development has always been neglected’. So, ‘I have come here to get myself acquainted with the situation’. He said that he will come back to Chhatarpur again in the month of January and will give an account for the development works undertaken in the Bijawar area in two months.
The Minister for Commercial Taxes Brijendra Singh Rathore has said that the availability of irrigation facilities and drinking water will be enhanced in Chhatarpur district. This will stop migration and bring prosperity to the region. He further said that an atmosphere for the investment has been created in the state and industrialists are coming with full confidence.
Minister for Urban Development and Housing Jaivardhan Singh and Minister for Cottage and Village Industries Harsh Yadav also addressed. The MLA Rajesh Shukla apprised the Chief Minister of the development expectations on behalf of the people of Bijawar region.
Chief Minister joins Moniya Dance troupe in traditional attire
The Chief Minister Kamal Nath reached amidst the folk dancers of the Moniya Mahotsav and joined the dance team by wearing traditional attire. The members of the Moniya team were excited to see the Chief Minister amidst them.
MLAs Alok Chaturvedi, Neeraj Dixit, Pradyuman Singh Lodhi, Sanjeev Singh Kushwaha, Shivdayal Bagri, Nilanshu Chaturvedi, Jila Panchayat President Kalawati Anuragi and former Minister Ramakrishna Kusmaria were present on the occasion.
