Directives for regular payment of rent of schools buildings: CS

Bhopal. Chief Secretary Shri Anthony de Sa solved pending cases of people during Samadhan Online at NIC room at Mantralaya here today.

The Chief Secretary directed all collectors to complete formalities for fixing rent of private buildings in which government schools are being run. The CS directed this while acting on application of Shri Panku Singh of Dindori district. Education and Tribal Welfare departments were also directed to ensure payment of rent of schools being conducted in rented private buildings.

Dindori Collector Smt. Chhabi Bhardwaj informed that process is on for payment of pending rent amounting to Rs. 30 lakh in 28 such cases. The CS directed other district collectors also to fix rent of private buildings in which government schools are being run by launching a drive. Directives were also given to pay outstanding rent of Rs. 11 lakh 63 thousand since 1982 to 2001 to applicant Shri Panku Singh Marawi of Dindori.

On directives of the Chief Secretary, payment under Chhatra Aawas Sahayata Yojana was made to Shri Dharmendra Singh of Bhopal. Tribal students are benefited under the scheme if they do not find seat in hostel. Pending payment of Rs. 11 lakh 63 thousand is being made to Shri Dharmendra Singh and 96 other students. The Chief Secretary directed to dispose of all such cases by end of the current month.

The Chief Secretary directed to file a criminal case against Bhamgarh Gram Panchayat office-bearers for not constructing animal shade after sanctioning it. Directives were given to pay compensation to Shri Sukhlal Kaul of Anuppur against land acquisition and amount under Inter-caste Marriage Incentive Scheme to Shri Nilesh Sethi of Ujjain. Directives were also given not to dispossess Shri Ramesh Baria and 40 other farmers from land at Jhabua. Direcives were given to provide bus permit for Bhabra-Rajgarh route to Shri Mohan Singh of Jhabua. Instructions were given examine case of death of cattle of Shri Nawab Khan of Sehore due to lightning.
