CM Chouhan unveils the statue of former Chief Minister Late. Arjun Singh with senior Congress leaders

Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan while Paying homage to former Chief Minister Late Arjun Singh, said that he is known in the country for his personality and works. He did the work of making Madhya Pradesh recognised in the whole country and left no stone unturned for the welfare of the poor.

Chief Minister Chouhan said that Late Arjun Singh held many respectable posts in the center and states along with the Chief Minister.

He was a successful administrator. He is also known as Chanakya of politics. Chief Minister Chouhan was addressing after unveiling the statue of former Chief Minister Late Arjun Singh at board office intersection.

Chief Minister Chouhan said that Late Arjun Singh did a great job by holding the post of Chief Minister and Minister of various departments, Madhya Pradesh still remembers many of his works and will continue to do so. Late Singh worked for the downtrodden, the exploited and the backward.

Former Chief Minister Digvaji Singh said that he is very happy that Late. Arjun Singh’s statue is being unveiled here. Whatever I am today is because of him. He said that Late Shri Singh’s way of working was amazing, he was a man of his word. He discharged the position he held very well. He did exemplary work in favour of the poor. He was a well wisher of the proletariat.

Bina Singh, daughter of Arjun Singh said that I cannot describe the greatness of my father in words. She thanked Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan on behalf of Arjun Singh Sadbhawna Foundation. She talked about building a corridor in Bharat Bhawan as per Arjun Singh’s wish.

Former Minister Ajay Singh Rahul thanked Chief Minister Chouhan for unveiling the statue. He said that Arjun Singh established many schemes and institutions for Madhya Pradesh. Father’s name will definitely be taken in the implementation of central schemes.
