Yoga Training to 1500 Teachers by Govt. Yoga Training Center

Bhopal. Over 1500 Government School Teachers were trained in Yoga by the Government Yoga Training Center run by School Education Department.

Under the training programme teachers are being given training for Yogasan, Surya Namaskar, Pranayam, Sthool-Sookshm Vyayam, Shudhdhi Kriyaaein and Meditation by the Government Yoga Training Center. Such training programmes are also being conducted at all the Divisional Head Quarters of the state by the centre.
