Wheat should not be distributed more than available stock

Bhopal: Commissioner Food & Civil Supplies has directed district collectors to ensure that APL wheat should not be distributed more than available stock in fair price shops. Under APL scheme in the state, stock of 41 thousand 817 quintal wheat is available in the state. Collectors have been asked that adjustment of available quantity of APL wheat should be done only through prevailing scheme.

It has been directed that district supply officers should regularly make spot verification and quality of wheat available under APL scheme at fair price shops. In no case, wheat lower than FAQ should be distributed to consumers.
