Vendors working under MNREGA can get themselves registered directly at district level
Bhopal. Now, Vendors working under MNREGA can get themselves registered directly at district level. ACS Panchayats and Rural Development has given these directives to collectors and CEOs of all district during video-conferencing here today. ACS has also directed to simplify and smoothen process of vendor registration.
As per directives, vendors can submit their application in concerning Zila Panchayat. They should furnish information about TIN Number of Commercial Taxes Department and bank account number. If vendors face difficulty in registration in any Zila Panchayat, they may submit online application on MNEREGA’s website www.nregs-mp.org. After online registration they will automatically registered in Uttara software. Through it, applicant will get a serial number using which he can get updated information. A team headed by Director of State National Informatics Centre (NIC) Shri Sunil Jain has also been constituted to help vendors to get registered.
