Students Hurt as School Bus Rams into Tree

Bhopal  —  Nearly a dozen students suffered minor injuries when the bus ferrying them to school rammed into a roadside tree on the outskirts of the state capital on Monday. Officials said the accident may have been caused by a failure in the vehicle’s braking system or a punctured tyre.

The accident took place in the Eintkhedi area when the bus was on its way to a Lambakheda school.

The Gunga police have registered a case and the vehicle has been impounded.
