Simhastha Jyoti Medals and citations to 24 thousand police officers and employees
Bhopal. Simhastha Jyoti Medals and citations will be conferred to 24 thousand officers-employees of police force, SAS and Home Guards in the state. Home and Jails Minister Shri Babulal Gaur informed that police force has done remarkable work by continuously discharging duty earnestly to maintain law & order and traffic arrangements and crowd management during Simhastha-2016.
Shri Gaur informed that Simhastha Jyoti Medals are being conferred to police personnel for discharging duties earnestly. State government’s icon and Simhastha logo will be inscribed on the medals to be coined in government mint at a cost of Rs. 72 lakh.
Along with medals, letter of citation for dutiful discharge of responsibilities will also be given by the Chief Minister.
