Rs 26 Lakh Allotted for Transportation of Drinking Water in Rural Areas
The state government has allotted Rs 26 lakc 20 thousand for transportation of drinking water in rural areas of four districts.
The amount would be spent on transportation of drinking water upto June 15 in identified areas of Mandla, Hoshangabad, Chhatarpur and Dindori districts.
Of this fund, a sum of Rs 15 lakh has been allotted to Chhatarpur Collector, Rs 7 lakh to Mandla Collector, Rs one lakh 20 thousand to Hoshangabad Collector and Rs three lakh to Dindori Collector.
The Collectors concerned have been asked to spend the amount as per the prescribed norms.
