Residential Patta to Each Poor Family, Law will be Enacted: CM

Bhopal. The Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that every poor family will be given residential plot and law will be enacted for this. In order to ensure subsidized meals for the poor, an initiative – Deendayal Rasoi will be taken in select cities. The daughters getting married under Mukhya Mantri Kanya Vivah Yojana will be given smart phone. The trading community will not be charged any tax on purchasing PoS machines in order to encourage cashless transactions.

Shri Chouhan informed this to the prospective beneficiaries of welfare schemes at a massive training programme organized for them at Jamboori Maidan here today.

Speaker Dr. Sitasharan Sharma, Union Minister of State for Health Shri Faggan Singh Kulaste, MP and BJP President Nand Kumar Singh Chouhan and cabinet members and beneficiaries in a large number were present.

The Chief Minister said the people are supreme for the state government. A number of welfare schemes by Central and State Governments have been launched for the poor. They must be given training and orientation for drawing optimum benefits.

He said that the India is fastidiously marching ahead under the ablest leadership of the Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi. The State Government believes in the philosophy of Integral Humanism. He said that the poor have equal right over the resources. He termed black money and corruption as the major cause of chasm between the rich and the poor. Supporting Shri Modi’s decision, Shri Chouhan said that this hard decision will end black money, terrorism and corruption. The entire nation stands with his decision.
Promoting cashless transactions

The Chief Minister said that Madhya Pradesh is heading towards cashless economy. This is the best way to end black money. He said that trading community and general people will be given requisite training. This will check tax evasion and money for development.  He said that the farmers will be given Rs. 4, 400 crore under the crop insurance scheme. Poor families will be surveyed for giving residential plots. They will also be provided financial assistance for building their own houses.

Rs. 2 lakh for medical assistance to poor

The Chief Minister said that the poor will be given medical assistance of upto Rs 2 lakh. Every year seven lakh youth will be given employment training and financial assistance.

He said that the concerning construction agencies will have to build housing units for the workers. More shrines will be added to the list of Chief Minister Tirthdarshan Yojana namely Ganga Sagar, Kamakhya, Girnar ji, , Patna Sahib shrine. He said that 63 Mandis will be linked to the National Agricultural Produce Mandi. In case of death of farmers while performing agriculture activities, they will be given Rs 4 lakh as economic assistance.

The potential beneficiaries were given training for getting benefits of all major schemes. Detailed presentations were given on each scheme. Five beneficiaries each were given benefits by the Chief Minister.

He launched a video – 11 years of service to people. He also released a guidebook on Prime Minister Rural Housing Scheme and launched Lalima Abhiyan to address anemia among children and mothers.

Renowned playback singer Alka Yagnik gave musical presentations. In charge of Bhopal district Minister for Panchayat and Rural Development Shri Gopal Bhargava gave vote of thank.
