Re-polling in 6 polling booths on April 22
Bhopal: Votes will be cast from 7 am to 6 pm during re-polling in 6 polling booths of 4 Parliamentary constituencies of second phase of Lok Sabha elections in Madhya Pradesh on April 22.
On the directives of Election Commission, re-polling is being conducted in polling booth number 67-Jaderuwa Kalan in Vidhan Sabha Constituency 16-Gwalior East in Parliamentary constituency 03-Gwalior. Similarly, re-polling will be conducted in polling booth number 19-Pituwa and 22-Bakena in Vidhan Sabha Constituency 37-Surkhi in Parliamentary constituency 05-Sagar and polling booth number 209 and 210-Barkheda in Vidhan Sabha Constituency 154-Govindpura in Parliamentary constituency 19-Bhopal and polling booth number 169 Harjipura in Lok Sabha Constituency 20-Rajgarh.
Election officers have been directed to also inform officer of the Chief Electoral Officer about conduct of mock poll before 7 am on April 22 and percentage report every 2 hours. Instructions have also been given to send 3 security reports at 1 and 7 pm on April 22 and 7 am on April 23 to the commission with intimation to CEO office. Polling in these constituencies was conducted on April 17 last.
