Opportune time for re-awakening of India under guidance of PM Modi

Bhopal. Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan has urged youths to contribute their mite in re-awakening of the nation. He said that India has glorious history and ancient civilization. Universities like Nalanda and Taxila were in existence in the ancient times when Western countries were in primitive stage.

Shri Chouhan flagged off Mass Awakening Campaign and Punarjagaran Yatra of Nehru Yuva Kendra Sangathan Madhya Pradesh for making youths partners in country’s development here today. The Yatra will visit villages in the state and make youths realise their duty and responsibilities towards nation.

Shri Chouhan informed that the state government is implementing 5 schemes for social and cultural re-awakening including Water Conservation, Beti Bachao, plantation, Swachchh Bharat and School Chalen Hum Abhiyan. He urged Nehru Yuva Kendra to give guidance to these campaigns also. Revolutionary changes can be brought about if society and government work in tandem. He said that it is an opportune time for re-awakening of India under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi.

Describing PM Shri Modi as a visionary, he said that all Central schemes are unique. He urged youths to ensure that benefits of these schemes are extended to lowest strata of society. He said that lacunae coming to fore during implementation at lowest level will be rectified in time.

National President of Nehru Yuva Kendra Shri B.D. Sharma informed that the Yatras started from 4 places in the country will culminate at Mathura on September 25, the birth anniversary of propounder of Ekatma Manavwad Pt. Deendayal Upadhyay. Over 12 thousand youths will converge on Mathura from the country. He threw light on outlines of Punarjagaran Yatra. Shri Vijesh Lunawat and Dr. Sunil Bansal were also present.
