Modi’s micro management: activated in 7 months for more than 27.14 lakh workers to join the booth.

This time, BJP, which got a bumper majority of 163 seats in Madhya Pradesh, made such a micro management plan for voting, which no other party could break. PM Narendra Modi had started it from June 2023. He had taken an election meeting of more than 10 lakh workers of the country with Madhya Pradesh from Lal Parade Ground. Gave the mantra of making my booth strong. PM handed over 14 tasks to the workers.

Monitoring was given to National President JP Nadda and National Organization General Secretary BL Santosh. Things got down to the ground and the work began. Modi’s formula is that one worker should reach out to at least 10 people. The result of this is that BJP got 40% to 70% votes in its account on 163 seats. During the assembly elections, BJP has activated 27.14 workers in seven months. Party sources say that now this plan will be implemented from now on in Delhi Lok Sabha elections.

A list of those people who have got the benefit of any scheme of the Central and State Government was taken out. Their conferences were organised.

The data of booth committees was sent to the central organization. Center verified. Madhya Pradesh became the first state in the country, where 95% of the committees are verified by the central organization.

Campaigns like Booth Expansion Campaign, Mera Booth Sabse Strongest were conducted. Workers were given lists of what to do and what not to do.

On September 25, while addressing the workers’ Mahakumbh in Bhopal, PM Modi had again reiterated the same thing, ‘My booth – the strongest.’

The work was taken forward only on the basis of feedback from the workers.

Every negative thing which was likely to reduce votes was studied and further plans were made on that basis.

Union Home Minister Amit Shah accompanied the leaders in Madhya Pradesh. Also took strict action. Everyone got work. Through the Rath Yatra, he gave the message that everyone will have to unite.

Fixed accountability for all the work received from Delhi. Took information about booths divided into three categories. Those who win every time, those who win in loss and those who always lose.

Modi and Shah handed over the work of coordination in Madhya Pradesh to Union Ministers Bhupendra Yadav and Ashwini Vaishnav. He maintained coordination with social media, media, campaigning and branding to reach out to all the people. Gave feedback to the centre, which led to improvements.

BJP is not going to stop even after the massive victory in the assembly. Teams will soon be deployed on Lok Sabha seats. For this, Delhi has directed State President VD Sharma and State Organization General Secretary Hitanand.
