Madhya Pradesh and South African States look for strong ties

Bhopal: The Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan met Shri Ace Magashule, Premier of Free State in South Africa today. Both the leaders agreed to build up strong bilateral ties between Madhya Pradesh and Free State region of South Africa.
Accepting Shri Chouhan’s invitation to visit Madhya Pradesh, the Premier said that a delegation will visit Madhya Pradesh in July to explore the areas of cooperation and trade possibilities in the fields of Agriculture, Education and development of Small and Medium Enterprises. Free State’s Premier along with a delegation shall also participate in The Global Investor’s Summit at Indore in October.
Shri Chouhan and delegation members of Madhya Pradesh had discussions with the officials of Northwest Province, who made an extensive presentation about their investment and development plans. The South Africa’s Northwest Province expressed keen interest in Madhya Pradesh. The discussions focused on key sectors like Tourism, wild life management, exploration, mining, food processing.
