Country moving towards all round development

Bhopal. Rewa district in-charge minister Dr Narottam Mishra has said that the country is moving towards all round development due to policies of the Centre and State governments, works for development and public welfare. Opportunities are increasing for citizens to work with respect and self respect. Positive change is seen all over the country and in the society. Water Resources and Public Relations Minister Dr Mishra was addressing development work dedication and felicitation ceremony in Semariya Tehsil headquarters of Rewa district.

The Water Resources Minister dedicated three newly constructed building having cost of Rs 2.85 crore. He dedicated 30-bed community health centre having cost of Rs two crore, Tehsil office building having cost of Rs 60 lakh and nutrition rehabilitation centre having cost of Rs 25 lakh. He distributed residential patta and benefits under different schemes. Rewa District Panchayat President Shri Abhay Mishra, MLA Shri Neelam Mishra, Janpad Panchayat President Shri Sanjay Dubey, Nagar Panchayat President Shri Ajay Shukla, Shri Vidya Prakash Shrivastava and public representatives were present on the occasion.

Water resources minister Dr Mishra said that there is wave of enthusiasm and development from villages to metros in the country. This has been possible because of public welfare works and development oriented works of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi and chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan. The Prime Minister accelerated rural and urban development on the one hand, steps were taken to tackle terrorism, terrorists and black money on the other hand. India’s respect increased all over the world. The Prime Minister is visionary, imaginative, thoughtful and determined person. He executed a tough task to curb corruption effectively. First time poor felt relief. Banks are witnessing surge in liquidity. Its impact will be seen as increase in employment, industrial development and all round development and interest rate will reduce.

Minister Dr Mishra said that the state government is working for all round development of farmers, poor and every section of the society. If a farmer borrows Rs one lakh as agriculture loan, he has to return only Rs 90,000 after one year. Such decision was taken first time in the country, by Madhya Pradesh government. Farmer Welfare Commission was constituted, agriculture cabinet formed and separate budget for agriculture was tabled. Earlier, 7.5 lakh hectare area had irrigation facility, it is now 35 lakh hectare having irrigation facility. The target to complete irrigation facility in 40 lakh hectare area before next assembly election and 60 lakh hectare by the year 2022 will be achieved.

Dr Mishra said announcements made by the Chief Minister are being fulfilled. Announcement for Tehsil office building has been fulfilled. He assured that the government is committed with its full dedication for development and public welfare. Water resources minister said that water of Sarkariya and Devgaon Nala will be brought to Jarmohra dam as per the demand of public and public representatives.

Flagged off Sawchchta Rath

District in-charge minister Dr. Narottam Mishra flagged off Sawchchta Rath for promotion of cleanliness and open defecation free (ODF) campaign and door to door waste collection. The Rath will create awareness in public on cleanliness.

Ladli Convention

Addressing Ladli convention in Semariya of Rewa district minister Dr Narottam Mishra said that the government did pioneering efforts for progress of girls and women, their education and all round development. He distributed certificates of Ladli Laxmi Yojana as a token to some girls. Around 1800 certificates were distributed. Minister Dr Mishra said that the government is committed to empower socially, economically the women and their all round development. The government has concerns for girls from their birth to education, marriage and entire life and framed schemes. Referring some schemes of the government in this regard, he said that where there is respect for woman, there is opportunity for prosperity and development.
