Bhopal: “Hello! This is Chief Minister Shivraj speaking. Has the problem mentioned in CM Helpline solved or not?” Chief Minister Shri Chouhan made random calls and directly asking it from some of the complainants of CM’s Helpline whose files have been closed after disposal.

The Chief Minister will almost talk daily directly with some complainants to know real status of 181 CM’s Helpline. The Chief Minister has directed all ministers and Principal Secretaries of all departments to devote 10-15 minutes daily to CM’s Helpline. He said that files of complaints should be closed only after complaint is really solved and concerning complainant is duly satisfied.
