FIR to be lodged against illegal occupants of government houses

Bhopal: Home Minister Shri Umashankar Gupta has directed that FIR should be lodged against illegal occupants of government houses. Shri Gupta was reviewing survey report of government houses here today.
Shri Gupta directed to initiate immediate process to evict families found to be occupying 114 government houses according to the survey. If government employees are occupying these houses then letters should be written to concerning departments to initiate disciplinary action against them. The Home Minister also directed for fresh survey of 445 houses found suspicious in the survey. It is noteworthy that Directorate of Estates had surveyed 11 thousand 214 government houses in Bhopal.
The Home Minister said that all information including photographs should be posted online. He said that copy of allotment-letter should also be pasted at a safe place in government houses so that surveyors can view it conveniently. Additional Chief Secretary Home Shri I.N.S. Dani, Secretary Home Smt. Seema Sharma and other officers were present at the meeting.
