FIR to be held in Damoh case today: CM orders inquiry into educational institutions across the state, Shivraj said conversions are going on in some places

Many cases are continuously coming to the fore after the photos of girls in Hijab came to the fore in Damoh’s Ganga-Jamna School. The government is preparing to take strict action on the school management and on the matter of conversion. Home Minister Dr. Narottam Mishra indicated that today the police can take a big action on the school management. The Home Minister said that the police will register an FIR against the culprits in this case today.

Talking to reporters at his residence in Bhopal, the Home Minister said – We had ordered an inquiry on the first day itself. We were collecting evidence for four days. The statements of the girls have also been done. This type of mentality will be completely destroyed in MP. I have given instructions to the police. On the basis of prima facie information that has come, the police will take legal action today. The Home Minister said that the case of tampering with the map of India has also been ordered to be investigated. Said on the terrorist connection, a prima facie report has just come. Detailed report will come today. If any such information is received then action will be taken.

On the role of Collector, Narottam Mishra said – We will include those points after discussing with the School Education Minister today.

After planting saplings in Bhopal’s Smart Park, CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan said on the issue of Damoh – In some places in the country, there are conspiracies of conversion, we will not let them succeed. We have also given instructions to investigate in the entire state, especially those educational institutions, whether run by madrassas, if education is being imparted in a wrong way, then we will also check those. But in Damoh incident, we are now getting the report, I have been told. This is a very serious matter for the daughters who have given statements, have been forced.

CM said as Home Minister Narottam Mishra has already told that we are registering FIR, strictest action will be taken. Innocent children who do not have any understanding, if this kind of attempt is made in the name of education, then we will not tolerate it at any cost, those who have such intentions will get the harshest punishment.
