Ensure adequate arrangements for Haj pilgrimage-2015

Bhopal: Minorities Welfare Minister Shri Antar Singh Arya has directed collectors and commissioners of Bhopal and Indore to make adequate arrangements for Haj-2015. Shri Arya said that in view of monsoon, arrangements should be made for food, health and other requirements so that Haj pilgrims should face no difficulty. Haj passengers will depart from Indore from August 31 to September 5 and Bhopal from September 6 to 10. Shri Arya also inspected Tajul Masajid of Bhopal.

Inspects under construction Haj House

The Minister inspected under construction Haj House at Singar Choli. He expressed unhappiness towards contractor and officers for Haj House construction has not been complete before Haj-2015 despite repeated directives. Finishing work of Haj House is remaining and will take 2 more months.

No compromise with quality

On the suggestion that remaining works should be completed within 15 day and Haj pilgrims housed there, the Minister said that pilgrims may face some problems in this situation. Besides, finishing work’s quality will suffer if work is done in haste. He said that Haj House should be a matter of pride for Haj pilgrims who reside there in future.

Haj Committee’s Chairman Shri Inayat Hussain, Commissioner Minorities and Backward Classes Welfare Smt. Urmil Mishra, Member Secretary Haj Committee Shri Dawood Khan and officers of Municipal Corporation and Capital Project were also present. Shri Inayat Qureshi informed that Rector of Tajul Masajid Peer Miyan has agreed on holding Haj camp on the premises.
