Employment to 5000 youths under Mukhyamantri Anusuchit Jati Arthik Vikas Yojana

Bhopal: Every possible assistance will be extended to 5000 SC youths to start self-employment under Mukhyamantri Anusuchit Jati Arthik Vikas Yojana this year. Rs. 20 crore has been provisioned to give subsidies under the scheme. Condition of annual income limit has been abolished under the scheme being run by Scheduled Castes Finance Development Corporation.
The corporation has directed its district officers to prepare cases of eligible candidates at the earliest. There is no upper limit of loan under the scheme. State Government will give guarantee on loan upto Rs. 25 lakh. Loans under scheme will be provided through banks for starting self-employment in agriculture, industry, animal husbandry and service sectors. Arrangements to train selected candidates have also been made. Screening committees headed by district collectors have been formed at district level to select candidates.
