Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar Awards
BHOPAL: Around 225 scheduled caste students get the benefit of Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar Awards last year. It is known that Scheduled Caste Welfare Department provides prizes and awards to the talented scheduled caste students every year.
Under this scheme prizes were given to top three students in class 10 and 12 examinations. For class tenth students Rs. 20 thousand prizes were given to talented students securing first position, Rs. 15 thousand for standing second and Rs. 10 thousand on securing third position.
Similarly, For class twelfth students Rs. 30 thousand prizes for securing first position, Rs. 20 thousand to students standing second and Rs. 10 thousand on securing third position. Rs. one thousand each were given away to 50 students of each of these two classes as incentive.
