Dr. Ambedkar laid firm foundation of democracy
Bhopal: Public Relations, Energy and Mineral Resources Development Minister Shri Rajendra Shukla has said that Dr. Baba Saheb Ambedkar was a great philosopher and proficient person who had laid firm foundation of democracy in the country by framing Constitution. Shri Shukla was addressing a programme of Rashtriya Dalit Mahasangh marking Dr. Ambedkar Jayanti at Satna on Tuesday.
Shri Shukla said that Baba Saheb is invaluable heritage of country. He set example of removing untouchability, backwardness and poverty and establishing brotherhood in the country. He struggled lifelong for administering social justice to dalits, backwards and building of a society based on equality.
The Minister also felicitated meritorious students on the occasion.
MP Shri Ganesh Singh said that Dr. Baba Saheb Ambedkar’s contribution and ideology are unforgettable. Mayor Smt. Mamta Pandey also spoke on the occasion.
Member of Backward Classes Commission Shri Laxmi Yadav, President of Rashtriya Dalit Mahasangh Shri Pradeep Karosiya, State President Shri Rajesh Katare and distinguished citizens were present on the occasion.
