Deaf and dumb hostel to fully equipped
Bhopal. Food and Civil Supplies Minister Kunwar Vijay Shah has said that deaf and dumb students hostel at Khandwa will be fully equipped. The Minister stated this during inspection of the hostel on Saturday. He said that funds reserved for social service activities by Warehousing Corporation would be spent to improve these hostels.
Food Minister Kunwar Shah talked to deaf and dumb students in sign language. He directed hostel superintendent to provide one pair of woollen clothes to all children. Khandwa deaf and dumb hostel has 53 students. The Minister also inspected meal arrangements. CEO Shri Amit Rathore informed that a number of people organize programmes in memory of their relatives at this hostel.
The Minister undertook surprise inspection of Special Residential Exam Centre at Khandwa where 76 students are pursuing education. Some of these children were drop outs. These children have been motivated to imbibe education agai
