CM’s flagship schemes to be reviewed at district level

Bhopal:  Through Samadhan Online, Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan has directed district collectors for district-level review of CM’s flagship schemes. He said that beneficiaries should get benefits without any difficulty. For this, initiative will be taken to further simplify schemes on the feedback of collectors.
Shri Chouhan directed to tighten up administration. He asked them to be alert towards law & order situation. Collectors and SPs will be held responsible for any law & order problem.

The Chief Minister disposed of cases of 12 applicants. He directed for immediate disciplinary action against concerning officers for inordinate delay and negligence in disposal of some cases. Shri Mauji and Shri Chiman Babu of village Neemdhana of Harda district had complained about delay of one and half years in getting permission to cut teak trees on their own land. On this, the Chief Minister directed Harda Collector for action against concerning officers and submit a detailed report within a week. He said that there should be no legal bar on cutting teak trees worth upto Rs. one lakh. In this regard, he directed the Chief Secretary to amend concerning law. On the application of Shri Shyamdas Bairagi of village Bilqisganj Jhagriya of Sehore district for assistance for heart treatment under Rajya Beemari Sahayata Nidhi, the Chief Minister said that if member of a poor family is suffering from a serious disease and over Rs. 2 lakh is needed for his or her treatment then this amount should also be sanctioned to him.

Shri Raghavendra Singh of village Pathargarhi in Huzur tahsil of Rewa informed the Chief Minister that his land is not being mutated despite repeated reminders. The Chief Minister directed to initiate departmental enquiry against concerning naib tahsildar for delay in mutation.

Shri Santosh Saket of village Kowadhan in Huzur tahsil of Rewa district had complained that amendment in marksheet for arts graduate third year of Bhoj Open University was delayed by 2 years whereas he had appeared in the exam in year 2011-12. The Chief Minister directed to fix responsibility of concerning officers and take action.

The Chief Minister also disposed of applications of Smt. Suwana Patil of village Sarola under Nepanagar tahsil, Shri Balkishan Yadav of village Umaria in Tamia tahsil of Chhindwara district, Shri Vishnu Prasad Dangi of Kinduria Tonk Khurd in Dewas, Shri Nand Kishore Vyas of village Deccan of Anuppur district, Shri Lalman of village Bakka in Bhimpur development block of Betul, Shri Samar Bahadur Singh of village Chandwahi in Bahri tahsil of Sidhi and Shri Subhash Jain of Mandsaur. Chief Secretary Shri Anthony de Sa, Principal Secretary to CM Shri Iqbal Singh Bais and senior officers of concerning departments were present on the occasion.
