CM Shri Chouhan meets saints-seers in Akhadas
Ujjain. Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan met Akhada Pramukhs, Shri Mahants, saints and seers in Chhaonis of various Akhadas in Ujjain Simhastha Mela today and informed them about Simhastha arrangements. At Naya Udaseen Akhada on Badnagar road, the Chief Minister met Jakheera Pramukh Mukhya Mahant Shri Bhagatramji, Secretary Shri Trivenidasji, President Shri Dhunidasji and Shri Mahant Jagtarmuniji. Saints, seers, Akhada Pramukhs and Shri Mahants garlanded and blessed the Chief Ministers.
At Chhaoni of Niranjani Akhada on Badnagar Road, Shri Chouhan met Mahant Shri Prakashpuriji. The Chief Minister also met and sought blessings of saints and seers at Anand Akhada and other Akhadas. At places, he threw light on Simhastha arrangements.
The Chief Minister was accompanied by Akhada Parishad’s President Shri Narendragiriji, General Secretary Shri Harigiriji, in-charge Minister Shri Bhupendra Singh, other public representatives, divisional commissioner, DIG, collector, SP etc.
The Chief Minister also sought blessings of Bada Udaseen Akhada’s Shri Mahant Maheshwardasji and other saints. Earlier, he worshipped at Mandir of Lord Shri Chandradevji. Chief Minister’s wife Smt. Sadhana Singh was also present on the occasion. On this occasion, the Chief Minister sought blessings of Akhada Parishad’s President Shri Narendragiriji, General Secretary Shri Harigiriji, Mahant shri Jayendramuni, Mahant Shri Santoshmuni, Mahant Shri Rammuni and Mahant Shri Niranjanmuniji. From rooftop of Akhada building, the Chief Minister witnessed panoramic scene of Simhastha Mela area.
CM undertakes inspection of Ramghat on foot
The Chief Minister walked on-foot to Ramghat and performed Arti of river Kshipra During on-foot journey, the Chief Minister talked to devotees and elicited information about public amenities.
