CM dedicates Rs. 215 crore works at Shivgarh in Ratlam

Bhopal. Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan dedicated and performed Bhumi Poojan of construction works costing Rs. 215 crore 50 lakh and announced new works costing Rs. 45 crore at Antyodaya Mela at Shivgarh in Ratlam district today. Shri Chouhan also symbolically distributed benefits to 29 thousand beneficiaries of Saadhikar Abhiyan.

The Chief Minister said that the poor have first right over government resources. The state government will formulate a new law through which every persons in the state will have his own house.

The Chief Minister said that Kisan Kalyan Kosh has been instituted to properly compensate loss to crops. This will rid farmers of insurance companies and they would get compensation timely. He said that every Majra-Tola of Madhya Pradesh will be linked with roads during next 3 years. Shri Chouhan urged people to give gift policies under Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti and Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojna to their sisters on Raksha Bandhan.

The Chief Minister announced to open a government college at Bajna, upgrade Sailana college to post-graduation and Tappa tahasil at Shivgarh.

MP Shri Manohar Untwal, Mayor Dr. Sunita Yarde, MLAs Sarvshri Mathuralal Damar, Jitendra Gehlot, Dr. Rajendra Pandey, Smt. Nirmala Bhuria, Smt. Sangeeta Charel, Shri Chetanya Kashyap, Chairman Madhya Pradesh State Finance Development Corporation Shri Himmat Kothari and Zila Panchayat President Shri Pramesh Maira were also present.
