CM congratulates Kailash Satyarthi on receiving Nobel Prize
Bhopal: Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan has congratulated Shri Kailash Satyarthi on receiving Nobel Prize for Peace. Expressing happiness, he said that Shri Satyarthi has brightened names of country and Madhya Pradesh.
It is noteworthy that Nobel Prize for Peace was jointly conferred on Shri Kailash Satyarthi of India and Sushri Malala Yusufzai of Pakistan at Oslo in Norway today. Hailing basically from Vidisha in Madhya Pradesh, Shri Satyarthi has been making efforts to ensure respectable life for children through Bachpan Bachao Andolan. This is the first civil society movement against exploitation of children in the country.
Chief Minister Shri Chouhan will felicitate Nobel Laureate and son of Madhya Pradesh’s soil Shri Kailash Satyarthi at a public reception at Ravindra Bhavan on December 17.
