CM asks eligible citizens to get vaccinated to check Covid

In view of the increasing prevalence of Coronavirus in Chhattisgarh, Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel on Thursday appealed to all the eligible citizens in the state to get Covid-19 vaccination.

Baghel also underlined that even after getting vaccinated, the guidelines issued by the government vis-a-vis the pandemic should be strictly followed. This will prove helpful in checking the spread of Covid infection.

He said that adequate quantities of vaccine doses are available in the state. Proper facilities for immunization are available in all the districts.

Baghel has appealed to the leaders, heads and chairpersons of all the communities, social service organizations, religious institutions, business institutions and others to motivate the common people for the Covid-19 vaccination.

From Thursday, people above 45 years were also vaccinated. Large number have also taken the second dose of the vaccine.
