Bhopal: Shivraj Singh Chouhan didn’t visit kin of 384 custodial deaths victims; Shobha Oza

BHOPAL: Over 384 custodial deaths were reported from the year 2016 to 18 when Shivraj Singh Chouhan was the chief minister of the state, why he did not visit the houses of the victims then, and now to take political mileage he is creating drama, alleged state media president Shobha Oza while addressing the media here on Friday.

Both Congress and BJP’s ex-CM Chouhan are involved in mudslinging after a youth Shivam was allegedly killed in the police custody recently. Chouhan has adopted an aggressive attitude against the state government.

Oza also claimed that the chief minister Kamal Nath is sensible CM and he had instructed the police and the administration to work according to law.

A magisterial inquire had been ordered and 5 police personnel had been suspended in the case. She claimed that in last 5 months the crime rate had dropped in the state as compared to the BJP regime.
