Better amenities for citizens in New Year
BHOPAL (MPINFO): Chief Secretary Shri Avani Vaish presented New Year greetings to Additional Chief Secretaries, Principal Secretaries and Secretaries of various departments. He instructed them to take necessary action in the direction of providing better amenities to the citizens.
The Chief Secretaries organised a get-together and held talks on schemes implemented by the State Government, special campaigns, priorities and proposed projects.
Expansion of Mantralaya building as per future requirements, waiting rooms for visitors on various floors of the building, lift arrangements in Satpura and Vindhyachal buildings, wheat procurement in the next Rabi season, its storage and transportation and ongoing registration of farmers were also discussed at the meeting.
He also talked to departmental heads about establishment of industries, better education management, activities of Atal Child Health Mission, expansion of health services effectively, collection of minor forest produce, sanction of projects in forest areas, filling of of vacant posts in reserved category and reformative amendments in Land Revenue Code.
