Attached property allotted for government school and office

Bhopal: Following orders by a court regarding property attachment in a case, Indore Collector has allotted the property with conditions for a government school and office. This is perhaps the first case of such allotment in the state. This will pave way for use of attached buildings for official purposes and public interest causes.
Through an order, Indore Collector Shri Akash Tripathi allotted one room of house number 1675-D, Sudama Nagar, Indore to Women and Child Development Department to conduct anganwadi centre and all other rooms to District Education Officer for running Government Community Hall Primary School, Lodha Colony there. Similarly, the first floor of building constructed on plots number 7, 8, 53 and 54 in Prabhu Nagar, Indore have been allotted for offices of District Women’s Empowerment Officer, Child Welfare Committee, ISDS Rural-2 and Deputy Director Women’s Empowerment.
The allotment is temporary and on final disposal of the case or on the order of the court, it can be vacated anytime.
