Delegates from 16 states including Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, Karnataka Andhra Pradesh, West Bengal, Gujarat and Rajasthan will participate in the Conference, he said.

He said that the CPI (ML) has decided to wage uncompromising theoretical struggle against the pseudo-Left Communist Party of India (Marxist) and Communist Party of India (Maoist).

The CPI (Marxist) has degenerated to right opportunist positions and the CPI (Maoist) has alienated the masses from the communist movement through its anarchist actions.
