Affection and love are core of humanity: CM

Bhopal. Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan said that affection and love are core of humanity. By making happy each other, empire of love should be established. Shri Chouhan was addressing Catholic Bishops’ Conference as a chief guest today.

Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that feel of happiness is base of the life. Wealth, post and prestige are not base of the happiness. Happiness is derived from removing other’s pain, providing water to thirsty persona and making literate to illiterate. State government has introduced Anandam programme for that. Things more than the needed, are kept there. Needy people can get them. It provides us happiness of completing each other’s needed and giving donation.

The Chief Minister said that limit of family is based on expansion of the consciousness. All beings are family in Indian culture. Rivers and mountains are part of our family. If rivers exist, the culture will continue. With this feeling, campaign of Narmada river conversation is being run in the state. He said that person living on the land of the state will become owner of the land. Law is being framed for this. Talent won’t be affected due to shortage of fund, the state government will provide fee of talented students for admission in prestigious educational institutes. A scheme has been formed for it. People of financially weaker sections are being provided wheat, rice and salt at Rupee one kg.

Archbishop Mumbai Shri Oswald Gracias informed about outline of the conference. Total 130 Bishops participated in the 29th conference. The brainstorming will help in development of entire society along with Catholic families. He said that Madhya Pradesh has become the peaceful state under the leadership of Chief Minister Shri Chouhan. Huge development has taken place in state. He greeted for state’s further moving on the path of peace and development with fast pace.

Archbishop of Bhopal Shri Leo Cornelio delivered welcome speech and appreciated the state government for following religion of serving human. He greeted for successfully conducting different schemes for welfare of poor. He said that he participated in the Yatra started for Narmada river conservation and was highly influenced for the structure and concerns for the Yatra.

On the occasion Chief Minister Shri Chouhan released coffee table book of Bhopal diocese. The Chief Minister was welcomed by presenting shawl and memento. Students of Saint Joseph Convent School presented prayer dance in the programme.

Archbishop Ranchi Shri TP Toppo, Minister of State for Cooperatives Shri Vishwas Sarang, MP Shri Alok Sanjar, Chairman of State Civil Supplies Corporation Dr Hitesh Vajpayee, different religions, heads and Catholic Bishops, priests and religious people were present there.
