Special court to hear cases against Chief Engineer and EE

Bhopal: Special court will hear cases of amassing disproportionate assets through unfair means against Public Works Department’s in-charge Chief Engineer Shri Deepak Asai and Executive Engineer Shri Ramdas Choudhary. After finding them prima facie guilty after enquiry, the State Government has issued a notification in Madhya Pradesh Gazette (Extraordinary) for proceedings against them under Madhya Pradesh Special Courts Act, 2011.
