Two KLF Militants Held in Punjab

Punjab police have arrested two persons belonging to the Khalistan Liberation Front (KLF), from Patiala and recovered explosives and weapons from their possession. KLF used to be active in the state during militancy.

Attributing the information to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patiala, All India Radio (AIR) reported that an 8kg bomb, 40 gelatin sticks, two pistols and some detonators were recovered from their possession. Police said the duo was planning a major strike in the state.
