Government’s New Blueprint To Nab Dawood Ibrahim

New Delhi: Five Investigative teams have been constituted to nab India’s most wanted fugitive Dawood Ibrahim who is considered to be hiding in Pakistan for more than two decades.
The teams have been constituted following the new blueprint prepared by the government to nab the Mumbai Terror Attack accused who is still at large since 1993.

About 50 officers from different law enforcement agencies including Enforcement Directorate, Income Tax Department, Research and Analysis Wing (RAW) and Interpol Wing of the CBI have been drawn to constitute these teams. These teams will monitor and dismantle Dawood Ibrahim’s business empire spread across several countries.

Around 11 close associates, who run Dawood Ibrahim’s business across the globe, have been identified by the agencies. About seven companies dealing in power, oil, construction, aviation to garment are on the radar of the investigation agencies.
